This is is my very first blog, so here goes….

After years of having my business i finally  got my website up and running this year, which is great as i can now show people how much i love my job and share my wonderful experiences (when I get used to this blogging!)

It has been a full-on year for weddings and normal hairdressing too. I have had the pleasure of being a part of so many beautiful weddings and met lots of lovely brides along with their families and friends.

Iv just finished off this year with two Christmas weddings at the weekend with the extremely talented Ceri Hargie doing makeup. Firstly, Lizzie’s wedding at the stunning Highcliffe Castle, a party of 5 beautiful ladies, such a calm morning with lovely ladies, hopefully i will have some photos to post in the new year.

Yesterday was Sophie’s wedding, also with Ceri. I have done Sophie’s hair for years  so it was an absolute pleasure being part of her big day. The wedding was at Mortons house hotel in Corfe Castle, what a beautiful venue, the Christmas tree and log fire really set it off. It was such a wonderful atmosphere throughout the morning, much excitement and laughter and everyone looked stunning. Really looking forward to seeing the photos as the photographer was the very talented Courtenay (Courtenayphotographics) Sophie is a lady who doesn’t like being in front of the camera but Courtenay was great, you wouldnt have known he was snapping away.

I have had the most fantastic year and worked with so many lovely and professional people , Ceri Hargie Makeup artist, Joe Weil modern wedding photographer, Jennifer Pointer flowers and Courtenay Photographics to name a few from recent weddings, i will add some recommended suppliers in the new year.

Its been hard work but I have had such a fantastic and exciting year, thanks to everyone who has been a part of it I’ve loved it!

I will try to blog and add new images to keep you all up to date, not such long blogs in future (end of the year deserved a longer one)

Thanks all, have a fantastic Christmas and a very happy new year, Cheryl x
